How do I get in contact with a reseller?
If you want to get in contact with one of Repostor’s current resellers you can either go to “Resellers” to find a reseller near you, or you can contact our Customer Support Team and let them help you find a reseller that will fit your needs.
Can I buy Repostor’s products through my current reseller or distributor?
Yes you can! Ask your current reseller to contact us and we will offer them a reseller contract.
What is the difference between Data Protector and Snap Protector?
Data Protector uses incremental backup, while Snap Protector uses snapshots. Read more about what that means and what benefits each product has under “Products“.
How do I know if I can use Repostor’s products?
To be able to use Repostor’s products your company also have to be a user of IBM’s backup system Spectrum Protect (former Tivoli Storage Manager, TSM). Our products works for both Commercial and Open Source Databases. Read more about which databases we cover and the requirements for each product under “Products“.
What do I do if my Database isn’t supported by Repostor’s products?
If your Database currently isn’t supported, please contact our Customer Support Team and tell us about your needs, then we might support it in the future.
Where do I find downloading manuals?
