Price list 2009 The license Model
The license for Data Protectors family is based on per host model. The license can only be upgraded from one phase to next phase, until it retires.
Here are a list of the different phases, and a description of what they are supposed to do.
Is used for try and buy, this license phase will expire 30 days after its first use.
This license never expires. Support is included in the product, but will expire one year after order date, see below. The license is based on hostname of the client being protected.
Is used for transition of PERManent license, the license will expire 30 days after it entered this license phase. You must enter this phase before you can move your license to a new host, the output in the backup log will give you the “transition key” for the ordering form.
Order information
You order the license by either accessing the Online Order form or sending a mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with the subject: order. The following information is required to include in the ordering mail.
You will receive a mail with a link to a download page, where you can download the license key. This key must be added to the bottom of the license.dat file.
Price list
The price list is exclusive tax (VAT) Additional costs for invoices and license handling will be added; if the ordering is not made using online ordering.
